Where are the items made?

All items are stitched, printed and packed in Berlin, Germany.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

When will my order ship out?

Please note the processing time when placing your order. You can find the current processing time at the top of the website. Once your order is processed, you will receive an e-email with information to track your order.

How can I track my parcel?

You can track the parcel with the tracking number that will be send out to you within the given processing time. You can also check on the tracking number if you click on 'view my order' in the order confirmation email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once processed, these are the approximate delivery times given by the carrier. Please note that these delivery frames can change due to holidays or other influences and are provided as a guide only.

Germany: 2-5 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest oft the world: 6-15 working days

What happens if my order gets lost?

If you have the feeling that your order might be lost, please contact us via e-mail or the customer conact form. If there hasn't been an update in the tracking for a while, an investigation with the carrier will be requested and a replacement will be shipped out to you if the parcel turns out to be lost.

Failed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide name and address correctly. If you notice an error, please contact us before the order is processed so that it can be corrected. If your order is returned due to failed delivery, we will reship it. Please be aware that a second shipping fee may apply if the order was returned due to an error on the customer's part.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with any type of error, please contact us via e-mail oder the customer contact form so that we can send out a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your within 24 hours after purchase via e-mail or the customer contact form.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please let us know in advance if you would like to return or exchange one or more items from your order. You can return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery. Please note that the buyer has to cover the costs for the return. The items have to be in original and unworn condition in order for the return to be accepted. Once the return arrives, the refund or exchange will be processed.
